Create the head, face, eyes, and mouth with the Ellipse Tool. Create the other parts of the body with the Rounded Rectangular Tool. Fill the shapes with related colours.  

  1. Fill the Rectangular background shape with sky blue and a djust the colour with the Gradient Tool. 2. Create the footpath with the Rectangular Tool and fill it with brown colour. 3. Create the water droplets with Cloud Tool. 4. Adjust the Eclipse Tool and Rounded Rectangular Tool to make the winter cap. 5. Create the face with the Rounded Rectangular Tool. 6. Modify the Rounded Rectangular Tool to create the chest, waist, hands, legs, and shoes. 7. Create the eyes and fingers with the Ellipse Tool. 8. Create the ears and mouth with the Triangle Tool.
