WATER DROPLETS ILLUSTRATION

1. Create the droplets shape with Tear Tool.

2. Fill the Tear Tool with colour blue.

3. Duplicate the shape to make smaller sizes.

4. Use the gradient tool to apply gradient.

5. Insert the smaller water droplets into the bigger water droplets.
