AN ILLUSTRATION OF RAINFALL

1. Create a rectangular cloudy background with a Rectangular Tool.

2. Adjust the Tear Tool and Cloud Tool to make Rain Icon.

3. Use two shades of blue to make the cloud and the water droplets.
